About Aerofit

Aerofit caters to a diverse clientele, including preteens, teens, adults, seniors, and individuals with special needs. The program has also supported women through prenatal, natal, and postnatal stages, emphasizing the crucial balance between physical and mental well-being during these transformative phases.

With an integrative approach that addresses medical, nutritional, and physical challenges, Aerofit has delivered remarkable results in managing various conditions, including hypertension, Diabetes Mellitus, autoimmune diseases, rheumatoid arthritis, G6PD deficiency, IBD, ADHD, Parkinson’s, hyperkalemic periodic paralysis, chronic fatigue syndrome (CFS), and fibromyalgia, among others.

Committed to overcoming physical barriers, Aerofit has worked closely with aspiring athletes recovering from sports injuries, helping them regain strength and maintain their fitness routines. With a passion for sports medicine, Aerofit continues to refine its training methods to support athletes in achieving their full potential.

  • Monday: HIIT Steppers + Free weights

  • Tuesday: Pilates + Exercise Discs + Bars

  • Thursday: SSC + Tabata + kettle bell

  • Friday: HIIT steppers + tubes + exercise ball

Standard Weekly Evening schedule:

  • Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday

  • Personal Training:

    • In-person PT: Rs. 5,000 per hour

    • International Online PT: $50 per hour

  • Consultation:

    • In-clinic Consultation: Rs. 5,000 per visit

    • Online Consultation:

      • Local: Rs. 5,000 per session

      • International: $25 per session

  • Diet Plans:

    • Customized Diet Plans*: Appointments only

      • *Meals sold separately based on diet plan

  • Group Classes:

    • Morning & Evening Group Classes:

      • OPT 1: 3 classes per week

      • OPT 2: 4 classes per week

Registration Policy

 

Any session (Group or Personal) needs to be pre-booked at the end of every month. The session confirmation is based on the fee payment as per the terms & conditions. Once the fee is submitted, your Registration shall be confirmed.
