It comes with bi-weekly health & fitness assessments to track the impact of the overall customised meal planning and adapt accordingly.
The meals are delivered at your doorstep.

How it works:
Book an appointment at the clinic.
Visit the clinic to discuss the following topics to develop the individualised fully customised meal plan for 4 weeks:
Understanding of Goals
Medical history & challenges
Food palette & preferences
Lifestyle & activity levels
Physical assessment
Medical tests (If needed)
Behavioural & diet changes
Individual Meal plan is designed based on the above criteria.
Meal plan fee is paid in full (Rs. 20,000) to receive the customised individual plan with specific menu items and timings.
Meals are priced and sold separately based on the meal plan.
3 meals per day, 7 days a week for 4 weeks
Price range between Rs. 55,000 - 65,000
Includes delivery fee within Karachi.
Once the payment is made in full, the deliveries are scheduled.
